Receptionist:  Accepting Applications

We are looking for an energetic, neat, clean, fast paced positive individual to multi task in several fields. This person must be positive and outgoing and will be the forefront of the business.

Job Description: $9.50 - $12.50 Per hour plus year end bonus

Answer the phone, greet customers, customer PR, check in customers, take customer and vehicle information, pick up and deliver customers and vehicles, create work orders, assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, disperse marketing materials, manage Facebook account, manage the web site, answer e mails and text messages and chat rooms, maintain a clean and orderly business, parking area and office environment. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Lube and Tire Technician:  Accepting Applications

We are looking for a neat, clean, energetic fast paced individual to do many of the simple items that a light duty technician does while the customer waits in the waiting room.

Job description:  $9.50 - $12.00 per hour plus year end bonus 

Perform under car items such as oil changes, vehicle inspections, lube, batteries, light bulbs, wiper blades, tires, wheels, property maintenance, washing cars, detailing, assistance with cleaning the shop area and recycling and other items that do not require a Certificated or Certified Technician to perform. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Light Duty Mechanic:  Accepting Applications

A Light Duty Mechanic is an uncertificated, technician in training

We are looking for a neat, clean, energetic fast paced individual to do many of the simple items that a light duty Mechancic performs.

Job description:  $12.50 - $16.00 per FRH plus year end bonus

This applicant will be required to own his or her own hand tools and test equipement and perform under car items such as oil changes, vehicle inspections, lube, batteries, light bulbs, wiper blades, tires, wheels, brakes, shocks, struts, alignments, water pumps, fuel pumps, light engine and transmission repair, property maintenance, washing cars, detailing, assistance with cleaning the shop area and recycling and other items that do not require a Certificated or Certified Technician to perform. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Compensation increases by productitvty and efficiency.  Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Automotive Technician:  Accepting Applications

We are looking for an additional General Automotive Technician with proper training, experience and ASE and/or Factory trained Certificates.

Job Description:  $20.00 - 24.00 Per FRH plus year end bonus

This applicant will be required to own his or her own hand tools and test equipment and perform any and all maintenance, mechanical, electrical and technical tasks. This person shall be expected to perform their own diagnostics and report to the service writer or service advisor. Compensation: Pay by All Data flat rate and other previously established flat rates standard to HTM staff guidelines, plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Pay increases with certification achievements.  Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Job Description:  $24.00 - 32.00 Per FRH plus year end bonus

This applicant will be required to own his or her own hand tools and test equipment and perform any and all mechanical, electrical and technical tasks without guidance and direction and should act as a team leader. This person shall be expected to perform their own diagnostics and report to the service writer or service advisor. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Pay increases with productivity averages. Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Service Writer:  Accepting Applications

We are looking for a neat, clean, organized individual with a positive attitude and “People Skills”. Must have knowledge in sales and understand they are the very important link between the technicians and the customers.

Job Description:  $12.00 - $18.00 Per Hour plus year end bonus

Open the door, open the till and get the business ready at the beginning of the business day, work directly with the Technicians and Customers. This person will be responsible for ordering parts, looking up VIN Numbers, selling service work, giving customers quotes, selling the jobs, making out the invoices and locking up at the end of the business day, maintaining the car lot and the driveway and parking area. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

Service Advisor:  Accepting Applications

We are looking for a neat, clean, energetic individual with a positive attitude and a light mechanical understanding and management skills. Must have knowledge in sales and understand they are the very important link between the technicians and the customers.

Job Description:  $12.00 - $18.00 Per hour, commissions, plus year end bonus

Work directly with the Technicians, Service Writer and Customers. This person will be responsible for ordering parts, checking cars in and out, test driving customers cars, selling service work, giving customer’s quotes, selling the jobs, assisting in making out the invoices. This person is also responsible for the direction and assistance to the technicians in every way. Also responsible for assisting in opening of the shop area and locking up at the end of the business day as well as maintaining the parking lot and the storage and parking of customers vehicles. Compensation: Standard Base pay plus additional rewards for exceptional productivity and reliability. Exceptional team members are rewarded with exceptional compensation and benefits.

This person must understand and adapt to trends, keep statistical information and manage by the statistics. This person is solely responsible for the success or the failure of the business in every way. The responsibilities of this title are endless.
